Sea moss (Chondrus Crispus) is a species of red algae, also commonly referred to as seaweed. Sea moss is usually added to any kind of food, drink, smoothie or dessert. Some may even use it as a thickening agent for soups and stews and is packed with numerous beneficial nutrient including fiber.
